My-Mage is always here to help therefore we have few rules on our customer’s refund policy that we would like to share. Refunds will be allowed when the food or beverages sold by merchants are SOLD OUT, ORDER CANCELLATION by merchant or customers (kindly refer to policy No.3 stated below), and some other unforeseen circumstances.

1. Refund to wallet

The refund will only be credited into MyMage member’s wallet which the credit in it can be used for next purchase. We do not offer refund to your debit/credit card or any bank accounts.

2. Refund period

It will take 3 to 7 working days to process your refund but the refund could be expected much earlier.

3. Refund request by customers

Kindly take note that the refund will only be allowed 24 hours or more before your visit. No refund will be given when a cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to your meal, unless otherwise stated.
